Tess, your knee will get better in time, especially with rest and if you start using a good quality orthopedic knee sleeve. It would be fantastic if you could go to a physical therapy. Each time when I used PT, it was unbelievably effective, but expensive. Theoretically, one can google exercises for own particular case and do it at home for free, but somehow doing that with therapist makes huge difference.Galina L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09156132815504279615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7221767529759848946.post-67763201893587536452013-10-19T20:26:57.442-05:002013-10-19T20:26:57.442-05:00Very clear and sensible Tess!Very clear and sensible Tess!Puddleghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00953398103675945541noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7221767529759848946.post-61843711378675964202013-10-19T08:28:49.998-05:002013-10-19T08:28:49.998-05:00i envy people who can work out vigorously at this ...i envy people who can work out vigorously at this age still -- since my knee injury last year, any time i do anything more strenuous than walking i hurt it again. :-(tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04254045589639201707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7221767529759848946.post-64300311923695467382013-10-19T01:57:28.676-05:002013-10-19T01:57:28.676-05:00With the help of workout we can easily converts th...With the help of workout we can easily converts the fat into the energy. Even in the area it was designed for (heat exchange cycles like refrigeration), thermo is complicated and--everybody say it with me--the first law applies to closed systems.
